The painters are here! They are caulking everything and getting ready to prime. We were excited to see patches of color in several places. When I walked into the keeping room there was a patch of ginger root paint. OK it is orange. A very nice young spanish speaking man stopped me to ask if that was the right color. I simply said, "I hope so, but we'll see!" I'm guessing he thinks I've lost my mind. That remains to be seen. He could be right.

Tile is also going down. Lyndsey's bathroom now has tile and the master bath is in the process. Both look amazing. We are meeting the tile man at 8:00 in the morning to discuss the tub surround in Lyndsey's bathroom. She had originally picked out a tan tile with some blue glass accents. I'm thinking we need to rethink that, not sure how those beautiful blue glass tiles will look up against her very bright pink paint. Things are coming together very quickly. Steve and Tony said that we're probably looking at around 5 weeks until completion. (I'm still hoping for spring break! We'll see!!!!)
